 | I have suffered extreme panic attacks for a few years and could not get to the bottom of it. A friend who had used the Linden Method recommended it to me and from the first page my life began to change! Im not saying I was cured straight away but over a couple of weeks the change was fabulous! I have a lot questions though that I hope you'd be able to help with, i.e., how does one arrange for transportation to and from Tawau, park rangers, VHF radio rental, food and camp beds? Thanks.

We are going to visit Maliau Basin and Kinabatangan River in 17 to 24 August 2011.
Can you advise us on:
1. How to Book for the entry to Maliau Basin from the relevant authority.
2. Can the certificate of fitness be from other country's doctor or GP?
3. What is the level of fitness based on?
4. Can we customised the trekking at Maliau Basin with the forest ranger?
